RESEARCH
A 2025 systematic review and meta-analysis of 17 randomized controlled trials, involving 773 adults with fibromyalgia, evaluated both short and long term outcomes of acupuncture. Researchers found meaningful reductions in pain and stiffness, with benefits sustained at follow up.
